The Programme
There are different weight loss packages available that combine both psychological and nutrition advice and support.
Face to face sessions (6 month programme):
- Monthly 1 hour sessions as well as 2 weekly 30 minutes monthly follow up calls.
How does it work?
Over the session we will deal with many of the following
- Nutrition information that is scientifically supported will be emailed to you within approx. 48hrs with dietary and lifestyle suggestions and supplements if needed.
- The dietitian will support you in improving thinking strategies to lose weight and keep it off. Once you have learned these techniques you will be ready to apply your new skills in many different ways.
- Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete an online eating habits profile. The results of this will help to set effective goals and creating new, healthy and empowering weight loss habits to make your new lifestyle easy and effortless.
- You will be given personalised action plan with achievable goals.
- The opportunity to ask any questions you have relating to your diet and lifestyle
